Client Responsibilities:
To ensure efficient service, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable site access
• Confirm layout details prior to work beginning

Failure to prepare the site may result in delays or rescheduling.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Once a project is scheduled, we reserve time specifically for your job.

• Cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on notice provided
• Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no cost
• Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within a short notice window

5. Weather & External Factors

Pavement work is highly dependent on environmental conditions.

Boldline Striping is not responsible for issues resulting from:

• Weather conditions (rain, temperature, humidity)
• Existing pavement condition
• Drainage problems
• Heavy traffic or misuse after completion

We will advise on best practices for maximizing longevity, but results may vary based on these factors.
